I have a love hate relationship with these workouts in a good way! Thearany kicks my butt each session but she does it in the sweetest most fun way possible (if that makes sense). She is also amazing with the kiddos as my son loves her! He actually pushes me to go to class as he loves seeing her and the other kids! I highly recommend this class for the mamas trying to drop the baby weight or just want to feel good!
